1. Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed
2. Download the 2026-27 Student Registration FORM to your desktop.
3. Open the file on your computer using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
4. Fill in the form and then save it.
5. Email the filled-out form to:
